A company is looking for a Lead Instructor for a Full-Time position in Spring 2026, focusing on Intro to Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Complete 40 hours of training sessions to build proficiency with teaching tools and instructional strategies

Lead lectures for the Introduction to Software Engineering course and support students in achieving learning objectives

Manage and mentor instructional staff, including Project Coaches and Teaching Assistants, while fostering a strong community

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering using Full-Stack Web Development technologies

Full-time availability from January 2026 through June 2026

Available to complete 40 hours of training sessions throughout mid-November to mid-December

Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution

Demonstrated passion for teaching with prior experience leading classrooms
