Job Overview :

As the Director of Design to Value, you will lead the enterprise-wide Design-to-Value process, driving innovation and cost optimization across our product and packaging portfolio. You’ll collaborate with Brand, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to align product design with consumer needs and operational capabilities. Your leadership will help fuel growth and ensure strategic alignment across functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership

Own and continuously improve the Design-to-Value process from idea generation through program execution.

Partner with Brand, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain to align functional roadmaps into cohesive plans.

Mentor and develop junior team members; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Operations Excellence to identify and implement process improvements.
