Job description :

Our client, a plumbing company in Lexington is looking to add a Bilingual Operations Coordinator to their team. This role's primary responsibility will be to oversee scheduling, team coordination and job readiness. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits and growth opportunities. This position is full time, with an onsite schedule of Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm.

Responsibilities :

  • Review schedules daily with bilingual team
  • Oversee assigned projects and follow up with crews and supervisors
  • Confirm job readiness with crews using the TTC method (Text, Text, Call)
  • Anticipate materials, permits and inspections
  • Ensure paperwork, plans and dispatches are ready
  • Participate in an on call rotation every 5 weeks to assist with after hour emergencies and communicate updates (done remotely)

Qualifications :

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, field operations, or dispatch
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms
  • Detail oriented, organized, and ability to work under pressure
  • Comfortable leading team meetings, resolving issues, and communicating with crew members and supervisors
  • Compensation :
