Position Summary :

The Supplier Quality Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of products provided by suppliers for our millwork and graphics manufacturing operations. This role ensures that all suppliers meet internal quality standards and customer expectations, contributing to operational excellence and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receiving Inspection – Develop and oversee an improved receiving inspection process to ensure conformance with quality standards and purchase specifications.
• Quality Issue Resolution – Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective / preventive actions (CAPA) with suppliers.
• Outsourced Product Quality Assurance – Support on-site inspections, identify opportunities to improve supplier performance, and reduce defects or delays.
• Supplier Quality Program Development – Support the development of processes for supplier qualification, segmentation, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement - Participate in continuous improvement projects and deliver upon assigned action items.
• Communication & Coordination – Serve as the primary point of contact with selected suppliers and internal stakeholders for quality-related concerns.
• Record Keeping – Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and non-conformance logs for traceability.
• Expected travel will be 25%-50%.
