Senior Product Manager
Position Overview :
Southern NH based client is seeking a seasoned professional to fill a crucial role within their organization's advanced printing technology business unit. This role encompasses diverse responsibilities within product lifecycle management, market analysis, and strategic partnerships, with occasional travel requirements to support various operational aspects across multiple facilities. The company is offering a Hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Product Leadership : Spearhead the formulation and execution of comprehensive product line strategies, overseeing all facets from conceptualization to market penetration, in alignment with organizational objectives.
Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of product development efforts and timely market releases.
Sales and Marketing Support : Provide pivotal assistance to the commercial team in executing corporate sales and marketing strategies, driving achievement of company targets.
Market Intelligence and Opportunity Identification : Proactively identify emerging market trends and customer demands, fostering new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships for future growth.
Partnership Development : Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships, leveraging networks to expand product offerings and enhance market presence.
Business Development : Employ strategic sales tactics to generate and capitalize on new business opportunities, emphasizing customer development and relationship building.
Education & Skills :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 12 years' experience in Product Management, preferably within the print industry or similar capital equipment sectors.
Demonstrated proficiency in navigating complex business landscapes, exercising independent judgment to achieve organizational goals creatively and effectively.
Exceptional leadership capabilities, including team development, coaching, and motivational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, adept at fostering cohesive working relationships and driving productivity.
In-depth knowledge of market trends and dynamics, with a keen ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
