Key Responsibilities
Take inbound calls to assist customers with their unique needs and set up new claim reports
Offer additional products to customers while building trust and rapport
Navigate multiple computer systems to provide effective service
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or a minimum of two years post-secondary education
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service
Availability for a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
Designated workspace free from noise and distractions with high-speed internet access
