What You'll Do

  • Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
  • Educate patients and families on managing illnesses and post-treatment care.
  • Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Utilize critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Nursing Diploma / Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • RN license is mandatory.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Ability to work in a safety-sensitive position.
