We are looking for a Field Superintendent to join our team full time.

Job Details

As Field Superintendent, your job will include the following responsibilities :

• Lead daily on-site operations with a focus on safety, scheduling, logistics, and maintaining high construction standards
• Provide regular updates on project progress through clear verbal communication and written documentation during stakeholder meetings
• Stay current on industry trends and evolving best practices to continually improve project execution
• Manage and supervise all on-site personnel activities, maintaining strong collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers
• Partner with the project team throughout all phases—from early planning to final turnover—to ensure cohesive execution
• Optimize the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency
• Serve as the primary liaison with municipal inspectors, ensuring timely coordination of inspections and consistent communication from project start to finish
• someone with a good experience in Quality Control is a HUGE PLUS
