Job Overview

The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management : Manage all phases of personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, and developing on-site staff.
• Financial Management : Achieve the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control and revenue & leasing improvement.
• Strategic Leasing Management : Develop yearly marketing plans and utilize marketing strategies & systems.
• Administrative & Maintenance Management : Ensure all administrative & leasing reporting is accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis.

Salary Range : $50,000 per year to $53,000 per year
