Maintain existing client relationships by giving remarkable service with strong communication and customer service skills Be Kind and Encouraging by educating residential clients on their water heaters and maintenance requirements Update job knowledge by Being a Life Long Student and participating in educational opportunities, and training newer installers Must have a minimum of three (3+) years of experience in the trades A good understanding of local / UPC code and regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to handle physical workload, lift and carry 120-150 lbs. Able to routinely stand, bend, sit, crawl and drive A valid Driver's License and clean driving record Successfully pass Drug Screen and Background Check Authorized to work in the US for any employer Minimum of 5 yrs as a licensed driver & clean DMV record Service Titan experience preferred
