We're seeking an Assistant Shop Coordinator to support our shop operations and help keep things running smoothly. This hands on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying organized, and being a part of a team. If you're detail oriented, dependable, and ready to jump in where needed, we would love to talk to you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Shop Coordinator with day to day operations and tasks.
• Check equipment in and out using established checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Load and unload equipment, attachments, and parts safely and efficiently.
• Clean and detail all outgoing equipment to meet presentation standards.
• Organize and stage equipment, attachments, and large parts for shop work or transport.
• Prepare and stage demo equipment for the Sales Department as needed.
• Palletize large parts for storage or shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and dock areas.
• Perform short trips to retrieve parts, tools, or equipment from local vendors or job sites.
