We’re looking for a smart, organized, people-loving Customer Experience Specialist to be the first impression for our customers and a crucial part of our growing team.

What You’ll Do Be the friendly, professional voice answering calls, emails, and messages Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with our field team Follow up after jobs to ensure 5-star satisfaction Help implement customer service improvements and office systems Collaborate with leadership to refine the customer journey Maintain accurate records and communications Represent AstroWatt’s values and commitment to excellence every day You’ll Be a Great Fit If You :
