Mental Health Specialist II

A company is looking for a part-time Mental Health Specialist II for the 988 Lifeline Services - Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

Models effective communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients

Responds promptly to service requests via phone, chat, or text

Maintains knowledge of resources and programs to provide appropriate client referrals

Required Qualifications

Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Ability to perform assessments and document interactions with clients

Experience collaborating with staff and referral sources

Capability to handle phone requests under pressure

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
