Key Responsibilities
Develop solutions for customer processes and configure the myQ Enterprise software accordingly
Communicate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout the implementation process
Efficiently manage and oversee assigned project tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years in a customer-facing role and / or project management role
Experience with software implementations in the Supply Chain
Proven track record of successful project implementations
High sense of urgency and strong sense of Customer Advocacy
