Work side-by-side with site leadership to promote continuous improvement and sustainment of a high-performing safety culture.

Proven ability to influence and communicate at all levels of an organization — from field crews to senior management.
Preferred experience using consequence modeling tools (e.g., Phast) .
A passion for safety leadership — not just checking boxes, but truly changing behaviors.
