The Substance Use Disorder Counselor is responsible for managing an assigned caseload of adults diagnosed with substance use disorders. The incumbent is responsible for providing substance use counseling and the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) as well as working with Agency staff and other community resources in meeting client service needs.
