Senior Mobile Software Developer (Equity-Only)

Compensation : Equity Only (2% – 3.5%)

Commitment : 40 hours minimum per month, including two evening meetings per week

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Software Developer to join our team on an equity-only basis. This role is perfect for someone with experience in mobile application development who is eager to contribute to an innovative product in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time, flexible position (40 hours minimum per month) where you will play a key role in shaping our mobile applications. Your expertise will help us optimize performance, integrate back-end services, and build seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance new features for our mobile applications.
  • Maintain and optimize existing mobile solutions to improve performance and user experience.
  • Integrate back-end services using RESTful APIs.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure app stability, responsiveness, and efficiency.
  • Participate in two evening meetings per week to discuss progress, blockers, and next steps with the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile application development.
  • Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, or native development (Swift for iOS, Kotlin / Java for Android).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app integration.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a dynamic, evolving environment.
