COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrician (PED)

Competitive guaranteed base salary up to $290,000

Up to 30K sign on and 11K relocation

Eligible for up to $60,000 in student loan repayment through state and federal programs, including Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), malpractice with tail coverage, and CME allowance

Work in a well-supported Critical Access Hospital with strong community tie

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY Pediatrician (PED)

Flexible 3-day per week outpatient clinic schedule

Shared call coverage with three other board-certified pediatricians

Light inpatient duties including pediatric rounding and newborn delivery attendance

Work alongside experienced family medicine and OB / GYN teams in a supportive rural setting

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatrician (PED)

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

Open to new graduates and experienced pediatricians

Ideal candidate is comfortable practicing in a rural and underserved community

Passionate about community-based medicine and continuity of care
