As an Lead Sales Associate, you are expected to :

Engage with residential customers to present and promote Verizon’s wireless and home internet services.

Educate customers on product features, pricing plans, and current promotions.

Build rapport through consultative sales approaches to meet individual customer needs.

Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Track customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.

Attend ongoing training and team meetings with other Entry Level Customer Sales Associates to stay informed about the latest Verizon offerings and sales strategies.
