A well-established, hospital-employed practice seeks an BE / BC Cardiovascular Surgeon to join its team, located just a short drive from the Emerald Coast beaches of Florida. The group consists of two board-certified surgeons and two PAs, with call shared at 1 : 3. The autonomous PAs assist in the OR, perform vein harvesting, facilitate rounds, and manage post-op clinic visits. The hospital features 28 ORs, including endovascular and open-heart suites, and offers access to a da Vinci robotic.

Hospital Employee, Traditional. Assigned Call with 1 : 3 Call Ratio. Relocation Bonus available. Retirement plan provided. daVinci is available for those desiring to use it. Scope of practice includes all aspects of cardiac and thoracic surgery : CABG, minimally invasive lung and valve surgery, and comprehensive structural heart (including TAVR, MitraClip, etc.) . Exceptional referral base with strong Cardiology and Primary Care sources . The position offers a guaranteed base annual salary, along with wRVU bonus potential, and includes up to $100,000 signing bonus package Employer-funded retirement plan .
