IDD MFP Program Oversight Specialist

The IDD Money Follows the Person (MFP) Unit is designed to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) divert or move from institutional settings back into their communities by removing barriers and assisting with continuity of care efforts so that they may live and thrive in the community setting of their choice.

The IDD MFP Program Oversight Specialist (Program Specialist VI) performs highly advanced (senior-level) consultation and technical assistance and conducts oversight related to Enhanced Community Coordination (ECC) and Transition Support Team (TST) programs and other IDD MFP programs and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provides oversight by monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating compliance with grant requirements, applicable statutes and rules, program policies and procedures, and performance measures.
• Develops recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
• Provides highly advanced (senior-level) consultation and technical assistance to LIDDAs and internal and external stakeholders regarding SSLC transition monitoring, ECC, and TST processes, service delivery, contractor forms, and expenditures.
• Supports program leads in case staffings.
• Collects, organizes, analyzes, and prepares materials in response to requests for information related to IDD MFP for reports.
