IT SOLUTIONS ADMINISTRATOR

SUMMARY

The IT Solution Administrator will assist in managing the office IT systems and in supporting facilities maintenance.  This position reports to the Director of Digital Innovation, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is Hybrid based out of Houston, TX and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm or 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm local time.  This position is expected to travel up to 10%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

IT 75% :

• Configure and dispatch hardware for new hires and replacement requests
• Advise and support on development and improvement of IT systems, networks, software, hardware, IT policies, and security;
• Manage the relationship with our outside IT consulting vendor and serve as a gatekeeper for all IT-related issues.
• Assist in resolution and support for issues related to IT systems, networks, software, hardware, and security;
• Create and maintain an inventory of equipment and software licenses for the companies;
• Help manage and track distribution of all IT assets to employees, providing data to Corporate Finance as needed;
• Assist staff, both local and remote, with daily operation of computer systems;
• Install computer peripherals and applications for users
• Prepare computers for first-time use by new and visiting employees
• Support development of IT and network-security practices and policies as well as employee compliance with such practices and policies.
