Physical Therapist | Both Outpatient & Inpatient Settings
Responsibilities :
- Provide patient-centered therapy in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards.
