Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for various commercial and construction projects. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects including commercial buildings, schools, churches, and warehouses.
• Review project plans and specifications to determine scope and required materials.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with project goals.
• Analyze cost data and prepare reports for management to support decision-making.
• Maintain a database of costs for various materials, labor, and equipment for future reference.
