Insurance Product Manager

A company is looking for an Insurance Product Manager, GL to lead the development of new products for the Small Commercial P&C Construction market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage coverage, pricing, underwriting logic, and regulatory compliance for P&C offerings focused on Construction GL

Define segmentation strategy and partner with actuarial, engineering, and data science teams for automated risk selection

Conduct industry research and optimize product performance to identify coverage gaps and expand customer segments

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance product management, underwriting, actuarial, or risk management

Experience in optimizing and pricing segmented products using data and modeling

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work streams across functions

BA / BS degree; advanced degrees or insurance certifications are a plus

Familiarity with the Construction admitted and E&S markets
