We are seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. This role will involve leading infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure planning, project management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership , and a passion for driving successful technical projects.

Job Description :

As an Infrastructure Project Manager at Trilyon, Inc., you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering infrastructure projects that support enterprise IT operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, track progress, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes. The Infrastructure Project Manager will also collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution : Lead infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, defining scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

Team Leadership : Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and vendors, to ensure timely project delivery.

Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.

Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues to maintain project schedules and budgets.

Budget & Resource Management : Track project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize utilization across project activities.

Process Improvement : Implement and enhance project management methodologies, best practices, and tools to improve delivery efficiency.

Documentation & Reporting : Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for executive and stakeholder review.

Quality Assurance : Ensure infrastructure solutions meet organizational standards, compliance requirements, and performance expectations.

Vendor Coordination : Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to support project objectives.

Continuous Collaboration : Facilitate cross-team collaboration to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Experience :

Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager delivering enterprise IT projects.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMP).
