HR Manager

LHH is looking for a HR Manager for one of our clients in Hartford, CT. This organization has approximately 100 full time employees and someone proficient in all HR functions. This person will handle Employee Relations, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Payroll. This position will be on-site, in office and start on a temporary basis. This position will pay between $40-50 / hr, contingent on experience.

Role Overview :

  • Managing the talent acquisition processes
  • Process Payroll
  • Manage all aspects of Employee Relations
  • Training and Performance review process
  • Benefits coordination with providers

Experience :

  • At least 5 years of experience within Human Resources
  • Hands on experience with :
  • Talent Acquisition, Benefits and HRIS
  • Experience using an HRIS system
