Process Engineer - Dallas / Forth Worth

Responsibilities

• Support the production of complex Communication / EMI / EMC racks and associated products with a focus on cost and quality.
• Create CRDLs, standard work, assembly instructions, workmanship standards and process flow diagrams.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement projects
• Assist in the training of staff in new and existing processes
• Implement LEAN practices into daily work including Tracking of KPI's, Kaizen Events, A3 Documentation, 5S practices, One Piece Flow and others.
• Create reports / presentations and contributes on presentations / demonstrations to team members and / or management
• Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations
• Enforce company standards and procedures
• Use basic hand tools and material handling equipment
