We are seeking a dedicated Receiving Inventory Specialty Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for overseeing the flow of product after delivery to storage or order fulfillment. This position engages in a variety of warehouse and business transactions that are critical to the operation of the Murray Distribution Center including supporting the accurate and timely supply of products to the Companys patient base, product storage and determining vendor accuracy. The Receiving ISC works directly with internal receivers and procurement specialists to resolve obstacles to timely receipt of product, as well as communicates the flow of product through the receiving process until it is ready for distribution, as well as providing updated order and product data. This position also serves as the lead trainer for receiving processes, as well as communicating unloading schedules to drivers and other delivery agents.

- Ability to lead and / or assist with projects as needed
- Accurately processes and documents product returns as required following established procedures
- Adheres to and implements all company policies and procedures
- Assist procurement activities for stock and non-stock inventory to support business needs and avoid stock outs and backorders
- Assists in providing information necessary to process invoices for payment
- Collects data and provides regular reports to management and other stakeholders
- Communicates effectively with team members, management, vendors and other departments both verbally and in writing to ensure questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner
- Complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Database management
- Ensure transaction activity is reconciled between all applicable business systems
- Ensures the accurate and timely receipt, entry and put away of all inventory receipts
- Establish relationships with department peers and other departments
- Functions as a lead, guide, and trainer for staff / student employees, interns, and / or volunteers performing related work; may participate in the recruitment of volunteers, as appropriate to the area of operation
- Has complete working knowledge of all receiving team responsibilities and can work all roles without supervision as needed
- Has responsibility for receiving, and general working knowledge of all other areas
- Integrations and dependencies of the warehouse operations and processes with the Warehouse Management System
- Maintain inventory system accuracy between physical and Warehouse Management System (WMS) quantities
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse working environment
- Performs daily clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers
- Performs physical inventory cycle counts and periodic physical inventory
- Physical movement of products in the warehouse and ensuring an orderly and uninterrupted flow of products to the pick-pack-ship line
- Practices safe work habits, ensuring a safe work environment
- Prompt investigation and resolution of all on hand inventory issues, variances, and transaction discrepancies
- Reconcile stock counts to report data
- Records all product movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) via bar code scanning devices and other data entry methods as needed
- Works as a team to achieve daily warehouse management, accuracy and shipment goals
- Volunteers and performs other duties as required or assigned
- Works well with a team and all coworkers
