The Opportunity :

Our Finance and Accounting team acts as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the company, working cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strong business insights. As the company continues to grow globally, we are seeking a highly experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations, optimize processes, and drive solutions to complex challenges.

What You'll Do :

• Serve as a key contributor in the accounting function, overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and multi-entity consolidations.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal controls.
• Lead the preparation and review of management reports and provide data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making.
• Conduct technical accounting research on complex issues and provide clear, detailed documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations) to improve end-to-end accounting processes and align on reporting needs.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve accounting issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leverage technology and system capabilities to streamline accounting workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance scalability for future growth.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, problem solving, and continuous process improvement.

What You'll Bring :

The US base salary range for this position (this does not include bonus, equity and benefits) : $96,000 - $120,000 USD
