Campus Dean, BSN Nursing Program Leadership Position
We are seeking a visionary Campus Dean to lead our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program. This senior academic leadership position offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of nursing education while overseeing all aspects of our prestigious BSN program.
Position Overview
The Campus Dean will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our nursing program, ensuring academic excellence, regulatory compliance, and student success. This role combines educational leadership with clinical expertise to develop future healthcare professionals.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct strategic planning and program development for the BSN curriculum
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation
- Manage program accreditation and regulatory compliance

- Develop and manage program budgets and resources
