Valley Manor Care Center is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare subsidiary of the Volunteers of America parent organization.

Pay : $17.40 - $22.48 per hour, based on experience and with the option of pay in lieu of benefits!

Schedule : Fulltime | Tuesday - Saturday | 9am-6pm

The Activities Assistant will coordinate social, recreational, purposeful and spiritual activities to residents, whose needs include psychological, physical, and cognitive challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS :

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Research and design resident activity programs for Director's approval; implement approved programs that maintain viable interest and expand resident participation.

Meet with new residents and develop and document individual resident activity plan by determining interests, abilities and needs.
