Established Law Firm in Northwest Suburbs concentrating in Family Law and Probate looking for an Associate Attorney.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Family Law, Real Estate and Probate. This role involves legal research, negotiation and client advocacy. You will work closely with the senior attorney in a collaborative environment.

U.S. Work Authorization Required

Must have an active Illinois law license

Candidates must be able to commute to Park Ridge, Il 60068

Responsibilities :

Conduct in depth legal research using platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.

Collaborate with senior attorney on complex legal matters.

Maintain organized case documentation.

Stay currant with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Illinois State Bar (Required).

Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with Family Law, and Probate is highly desirable.

Prior experience in a law office is preferred but not required.

Must demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
