About the Job : The position of Account Representative / Shipping and Receiving Clerk will have primary responsibility to work directly with customers and carriers on daily order requirements. Responsibilities also include monitoring product and communication flow between warehouse and office, which includes maintaining 100% inventory, resolving problems, monitoring the quality of our service while adhering to all policies and procedures.

In This Role, You Will :

• Review daily inbound and outbound requirements.
• Process inbound and outbound orders in systems.
• Maintain and monitor Customer Order Screens and White Board.
• Track orders with Warehouse Supervisor in and out of warehouse.
• Track needs for daily orders with customer.
• Make BOLs for shipments.
• Monitor any issues with inventory locations and correct immediately.
• Transmit BOLs and COAs to customers as required.
• Adhere to enforce policies and procedures.
• Monitor product flow with Warehouse Supervisor.
• Resolve problems.
• Monitor quality of our services.
• Develop excellent, professional communication skills.
• Admins are encouraged to learn and master Spanish and English.
• Customer Information Systems as required
• Abecas / Insight Grand Warehouse Management System
• Bar Coding Scanning where required
• Maintain all data in Abecas and Customer Information Systems [SAP, JDE, Other]

All other duties and projects as assigned.

Location : This is an in-office role based in Bensenville, IL. As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Odyssey provides a range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including : your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be lower or higher in different markets. The base pay range for this position is : $18-$20 per hour.
