responsible for advancing the Chamber's mission through leadership, strategic planning, and
strong community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual strategic plans and programs that support members and the
local economy.
Manage daily Chamber operations including staff, volunteers, budgeting, and reporting tothe Board of Directors.
Lead membership growth and retention campaigns; maintain strong relationships withmembers.
Oversee financial management, including annual budgets, grant opportunities, andsponsorship development.
Plan and promote community events (e.g., Whole Hawg Days, Poker Run, holiday festivals).Represent the Chamber as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the businesscommunity.
Drive marketing and communication efforts across digital, print, and social media channels.Build strong partnerships with city officials, tourism boards, and regional organizations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, or related field(preferred).
3+ years leadership experience in a Chamber, nonprofit, or business organization.Strong skills in budgeting, fundraising, membership development, and marketing.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.Event planning and sponsorship development experience a plus.What We Offer
