SHIFT LEAD

  • Restaurant Experience : 1 year
  • Be able to retain and demonstrate proper policies and procedures delivered by trainers and managers with enthusiasm
  • Deliver exceptional guest service within the standards of management and Hummus Republic policies
  • Manage shift expectations and contribute to the Hummus Republic vibe and culture
  • Be a product expert able to make recommendations as guests are ordering
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by establishing, following, and complying with sanitation standards and procedures As a Shift Lead, you will contribute to the success of Hummus Republic by assisting the management team and maintain the Hummus Republic experience for our guests and associates. TEAM MEMBER

  • Be at least 16 years old

  • Perform station opening / closing duties on each shift.
