This is a permanent, onsite opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives in a data-driven environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Design and execute multi-channel CRM strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of the CRM platform, ensuring stability and security.
- Maintain and analyze customer data, using advanced tools (SQL or Python) to generate actionable insights.
- Create dynamic, personalized communications and campaigns using HTML.
- Develop and refine automated workflows and segmentation strategies.
- Build dashboards and reports to track CRM effectiveness and campaign results, presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor junior CRM team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Serve as the main point of contact between IT, marketing, sales, and customer service to align CRM initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Marketing, etc.).At least 5 years of hands-on CRM management experience.Advanced skills in HTML and proficiency in SQL or Python.Experience with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).Strong analytical mindset and experience working with large datasets.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proven ability to manage CRM projects from start to finish.Willingness to work onsite in the Dallas, TX area.
