Position Summary :

Under the supervision, and / or direction of the Nursing Director / Clinical Manager, Resource Nurse, or Staff Nurse, performs various duties in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established functions and procedures of the hospital.

Position Qualification :

• High School graduate or equivalent work experience; and Minimum of six months experience as a Patient Care Tech in a hospital setting; or EKG, Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant Certification; or Foreign Nurse / Physician with appropriate documentation.
• Nursing Student that completed 1st year of Nursing School.
• Requires a thorough knowledge of basic nursing functions to meet patient needs for ADL's must be able to work rapidly under stressful situations with many interruptions.
• Must successfully complete Glucometer training and pass online testing module.
