Position Overview :

We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician (MD / DO) to join our independent primary care practice in Bangor, ME. This role offers a predictable schedule, no call responsibilities , and the ability to focus on quality patient care over volume .

What to Expect :

Flexible Schedule Options : Standard Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 : 30 PM) or 4x10-hour shifts available. (Last appointment at 4 : 40 PM.)

EMR System : NextGen

No Call Responsibilities

Patient Load :

• 12-15 patients per day
• 30-minute standard visits
• 1-hour Annual Wellness Visits
• Complex patients seen 6-8 times per year

Patient Demographics : Primarily seniors , some pediatric cases

Independent Practice (not hospital-affiliated)

Referral System : Utilizes Anthem PicassoMD for referrals

Lab & Urgent Care Support :

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $230,000 - $250,000 + 10% Bonus

Qualifications :

️ MD / DO with active & clear medical license in the state of practice

️ Board-Certified in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)

️ Active DEA License

️ Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or ambulatory care settings
