Analyst - Marketing role at StepStone Group

This role offers broad exposure across all areas of marketing, with a primary focus on social media management and event support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Assist in creating, curating, and managing social media content across each social media platform to increase engagement and build brand awareness
Assist with the creation and execution of social media campaigns across the firm
Utilize strong technical and data analytics skills to help with marketing and business analytics across various marketing platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Salesforce, Seismic, Pardot, Google Analytics)
Conduct research projects on analytical insights / findings and provide solutions
Create and maintain analytics reports / dashboards to support easy access to metrics and track marketing initiatives
Assist with the development, organization, and execution of events
Assist the events team with managing registration systems (e.g., Swoogo), including setting up users / profiles, updating event content, archiving outdated materials, customizing reports, and data analysis
Assist with tracking event costs and creating budget plans for the coming year, and comparing actual budget to previous year’s expenditures
Assist with updating and maintaining the firm’s marketing collateral to maintain brand continuity
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, managing numerous concurrent projects with stringent deadlines
Attention to detail and discretion are required as materials could be public-facing or confidential and must be accurate and error-free
Education and Experience 1-3 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, finance (or related degree preferred)
Experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management or related businesses preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Critical thinking and data-driven mentality with attention to detail
Highly motivated with demonstrated initiative, independence, and adaptability
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of Seismic Enablement Software (preferred)
Knowledge of email analytics and website analytics (preferred)
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (preferred)
Salary Salary Range : $72,000 - $73,000
The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience. The salary range does not include any benefits or other forms of possible compensation that may be available to employees.
