Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated solutions that meet project specifications. Maintain compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Prepare and present project progress, findings, and solutions to clients and stakeholders. Ensure timely and budget-conscious project execution without compromising quality. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field, Master’s preferred Texas-licensed Architect or the ability to obtain Texas licensure 10+ years of experience as a Project Architect OR 15+ years as a Job Captain with proven success in managing complex projects Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Autodesk Certified Professional preferred Experience with additional tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe, RS Means, and Sketchup is a plus Strong knowledge of international building codes, TAS, and compliance standards Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills Willingness to travel occasionally for project needs
