A leadership opportunity is available to manage a pharmacy located in Ogdensburg, NY, seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory pliance, and provide exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities :

• Register with the state board of pharmacy as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge.
• Maintain pliance with federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and pany policies.
• Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations, including budget, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management to meet financial goals.
• Lead pharmacy support personnel with hiring, training, performance evaluation, and regulatory adherence.
• Participate in business development and munity outreach efforts.
• Provide patient counseling on drug use, interactions, side effects, and monitor therapeutic progress.
• Facilitate patient-centered programs such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness initiatives.
• Uphold continuous quality improvement processes focused on patient safety.
• Keep the pharmacy environment organized and in pliance with legal and pany standards.
