As a Shift Supervisor, you'll lead Security Officers on-site, ensure operations run smoothly, and help maintain a safe, secure environment for clients and personnel. What We Need from You :

• Experience in supervising 10+ employees.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation and valid means of communication.
• Must meet applicable licensing requirements for Security Officers.

What You'll Do :

• Supervise and Support Security Officers to ensure client and company expectations are met.
• Provide Lead Direction Guide Security Officers, ensure post orders are followed, and conduct regular patrols and inspections.
• Perform Security Duties Observe, report, and respond to incidents, keeping the site secure.
• Ensure Client Safety Preserve order, enforce regulations, and notify proper authorities in emergencies.
• Train and Mentor new Security Officers Assist with onboarding, training, and reviewing post assignments.
• Administrative Oversight Help with payroll submissions, reports, and staffing to ensure seamless site coverage.
• Client Relations Build positive relationships with clients by delivering top-notch service and addressing any security concerns.
• Conduct Regular Post Inspections , oversee shift operations, and handle scheduling.
