A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve customers' technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and provide feedback to improve processes and share best practices
Resolve customer issues through problem solving, collaboration, and research
Assist in the implementation of readiness programs and mentor new engineers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ years of relevant experience, OR 3+ years of relevant experience, OR equivalent experience
Business level fluency in Japanese
Ability to meet security screening requirements
Experience in technical support, consulting, or IT roles
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is preferred
