What You’ll Do
- Safely and efficiently operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment (dozer, haul truck, excavator).
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and daily checks.
- Keep communication clear and respectful with co-workers and supervisors.
- Maintain awareness of safety, productivity, and site conditions.
- Take initiative to solve problems and support your team wherever needed.
