This position requires a current real estate license or the willingness and ability to get one. We can help you.

Compensation : $170,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
- Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
- Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
- Business Development : Develop new clients and business opportunities.
- Client Satisfaction : Ensure the satisfaction of buyer and seller clients through exceptional service
- CRM Use : Be or become proficient and using our CRM, FollowUpBoss
- Commit to training : Participate in webinars, coaching sessions, and classes
- Accountability : Desire to be held accountable to achieve outstanding results
