A company is looking for a LMS System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the LMS platform, manage user accounts, and coordinate with vendors for system updates
Monitor data accuracy, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage training content, including eLearning and instructor-led sessions
Create learning paths, certifications, and curricula while providing technical support and managing LMS-related logistics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least two years of LMS administration experience, preferably with a system like Absorb
Strong knowledge of eLearning standards such as SCORM and xAPI
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Publisher, Articulate 360, Adobe, or HTML
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
