• Join a team of 3 Family Medicine physicians with Surgical Obstetrics
• Annual delivery volume of approximately 350–375 births
• Surgical cases and deliveries are performed at Fairview Northland Medical Center
• Robotic surgery is available at our site for OB / GYN procedures.
• Admitting hospital : Fairview Northland Medical Center
• Clinic volume : 20–24 patients per day
• FTE : 0.75–1.0 FTE (with expectation to participate fully in call regardless of FTE status)
• Schedule :  4-day clinical work week, including clinic, surgery, and on-call responsibilities
• Call frequency : 4–5 days per month (GYN call coverage only required when covering C-Section call)
• Robust specialty support on-site, including general surgery, urology, orthopedics, ENT, podiatry, and behavioral health
• Established referral base from Fairview-employed primary care and subspecialty physicians
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
