About Cousin Labs

Cousin Labs is a creator-led growth agency that builds creative engines for consumer brands. We work with some of the fastest-growing companies in health, wellness, tech, and consumer services, delivering high-impact creative rooted in strategic insights, platform-native creative, and narrative craft.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Producer who thrives in fast-paced production environments and brings a sharp creative eye, strong attention to detail, and serious follow-through.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to take an idea from concept to final asset—managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and making sure deliverables meet both creative and performance standards. You’ll own your workstreams from start to finish, collaborating closely with creators, editors, strategists, and clients to bring content to life.

We’re not making passive content. We’re making social-first creative built for paid media—and every asset needs to be performance-minded, thumb-stopping, and tailored to its platform. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social storytelling (especially for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts) and knows how to manage the moving parts that bring that content to life.

What You'll Do

Campaign & Production Ownership :

  • Own end-to-end production workflows for your assigned accounts—maintaining calendars, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple campaigns.
  • Coordinate timelines with creators, editors, and internal stakeholders to keep everything on track.
  • Review rough cuts and final edits to ensure content aligns with the original brief, brand guidelines, and platform best practices.
  • Ensure naming conventions, trackers, and folder structures are followed and well-maintained across your projects.

Creative Execution & Feedback

  • Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable briefs for creators and editors.
  • Give timely, constructive feedback on scripts, footage, and edits to align with creative direction and performance goals.
  • Partner with creative strategist to align on next steps based on performance insights.
  • Client & Team Communication

  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders around delivery timelines, feedback loops, and creative expectations.
  • Ensure every asset delivered meets our internal bar for creative quality and performance intent.
  • You'll thrive in this role if you are :

  • A strong executor with sharp instincts for what makes content engaging on social.
  • Meticulous with details. Deadlines, filenames, asset tracking, and feedback precision matter.
  • Calm under pressure, especially when managing multiple deliverables across accounts.
  • Proactive about spotting gaps and stepping in. No one has to ask you twice.
  • Deeply familiar with social media formats and editing styles (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Logistics

  • Hours : 30–35 hours per week
  • Location : Remote (U.S. only)
  • Core Availability : Must be available for meetings between 10 AM–5 PM ET
  • Reports To : Creative Director
  • Up to $60 / hr
