The Director of Digital & Creative Services will lead and manage the Arkansas Creative department. The Creative department manages all aspects of the Arkansas Razorbacks Athletics brand, including photography, videography, graphic design, digital, and social media. The team executes creative strategies to drive engagement across sports programs, fan groups and partnerships. This position will also serve as the lead creative for the Arkansas Razorbacks’ nationally ranked men’s basketball program. As the lead creative for men’s basketball, the Director will manage all social media channels (existing and future) while working with the coaching staff to create unique content (photo, video, graphics, etc.) to showcase the program to fans and recruits. This position will manage the day-to-day digital strategy activities for the department and provide oversight to all social media contributors and accounts. The selected candidate will lead a team of content creators that, collectively, are responsible for the content and social media needs for all 19 sports teams including related support of recruiting efforts.
